Just what we needed! This is a great family style diner/restaurant. Fast, friendly service, nice food portions at reqsonable prices. This is not a fancy spot with a no frills atmosphere but if you come hungry you won't leave that way.

What a cute family owned restaurant! Inside consists of many tables and booths. The hostess told us that we could seat ourselves and menus were already at the table. We came in wanting breakfast! Our waitress was friendly and funny the entire time. All of the entrees were delicious! We ordered French toast, a western omelette with a fruit cup & turkey sausage, the pop special which came with eggs, French toast, bacon and hash browns! We love coming here for breakfast!

The best in Denver. You feel like you are dining either family (the ones you want to be around lol) service is fast, friendly, and always delicious food.

Great restaurant for home cooking and friendly service with a smile. I had liver and onions which was done perfectly with fluffy mash potatoes and green beans. Will go again soon for fabulous breakfast items, can't wait .

I went out of town to visit family and my dad suggested the Westland Restaurant. I had went there once before and everything was great! It's a small diner with little seating, I went on a Wednesday so there weren't meant people there. simply decorated with great service. The server checked on us and never let you coffee get cold. For breakfast I had the BIGGEST piece of bologna I had ever seen (a little too much) with egg and cheese on a biscuit. Everything tasted really great and hot. I didn't finish the giant piece of meat but it was really good! Everyone enjoyed their meals, it was nice to have a simple breakfast near the lake. I would recommend if you are visiting Denver NC!

Very tasty breakfast food from a friendly staff. Our waitress was attentive and had good suggestions on piecing our order together. I liked that they had small pitchers of water they brought to the table so I didn't have to worry about being without water too long. I opted for the omelet subbing fr turkey sausage over hash browns. Very tasty meal.

Great diner food at extremely reasonable prices. The owner takes care of the customers as does his staff! They make you feel appreciated right from entering their quaint homey place! We have only had breakfast but their omelettes are great; the pancakes take up the whole plate and are fluffy and they know how to really cook a over medium egg! If you ask for crispy hashbrowns you get crispy- woohoo! The give you generous portions and make sure to keep your water glass full as well as your coffee! Today they even gave us a carafe! They cook their bacon perfectly and their turkey sausage has great flavor. We must be becoming a regular since some of the faces are starting to look familiar Today after several visits I did share one concern with the owner and he was very responsive in making sure it was corrected. I appreciate that.
